That is when your account WILL go into a review UNLESS you have not inserted your disbursement ... which is why I advise all new sellers to wait untill after you have crossed $200 in sales, before you input your bank account number.
This is the method I have been using, and if you do this, you can generate up to approx $1,000 in sales before your account goes into your first review (other factors withstanding)
