is there any thing I can do here?

I found out competition bought 30 items (same product) from me, returned every thing (FBA order).. got his refund and left me a negative saying its phake.

I know its competition because I was able to locate his suspended amazon account using his info from order, he sold same item on that suspended account and on his FBs people are accusing him of selling phakes, he is most likely selling same item under a different account which is active at the moment and trying to get his competition suspended...

is there any thing I can do here... ?

Contact Amazon and give them all the information that you have would be my first step if you cannot take the feedback hit. They will then investigate it

kockedoff 05-13-2013 03:47 PM

my account is stealth, plus he already reported it as phakes last week (the day he initially return I got warning in 24 hours of sales phakes) and left me neg afterwards... these are all pretty planned steps...

is reporting to amazon good idea ?

Speeder33 05-13-2013 04:00 PM

if you have some sort of proof I would call amazon

kockedoff 05-13-2013 04:25 PM

I can proof that he sold similar items few months back, where buyers accusing him of selling phakes ... but that's all I have .. amazon might says that its my assumption.*what he is doing.

JamesNorth101 05-13-2013 04:27 PM

If you want to get rid of the feedback contacting them is the only choice. Have all your info in front of you, be very polite and you may get somewhere.

kockedoff 05-13-2013 04:42 PM

there is no phone support for feedback removal, only emails.

is there a way I can get rid of the warning I received ?

issue seller selling similar products in past where he was accused of selling phakes, might still make him look fine in eyes of amazon because now he is the buyer and he might be right this time...

JamesNorth101 05-13-2013 04:45 PM

Again, only way that I know of to get anything like that removed would be to contact Amazon.

I deal more so with EB myself, so some of the Amazon experts may know another method.

Just e mail all the info to seller support through your amazon account

Full email of explanation could work. Be professional, do not accuse but outline the facts and info. Think sending it via the form on seller central would do.

Thanks ! What am I asking for just feedback removal... Or should I refer to the warning I received cause I was accused of selling phakes..

MICKY H 05-14-2013 04:19 AM

The warning dude, explain all politely. This case will not be unique to AZ.

kockedoff 05-14-2013 07:04 AM

That's a good idea, shoud I try calling or emailing ? Or it doesn't matter with amazon customer service?

Should I select reason as policy violation?

GreenBean 05-14-2013 07:12 AM

For ease and to keep control, do an email first.

If you are sure policy violation covers your, then use it.

Also begin building other Amazon ghost accounts - begin to move sales around to avoid this guy giving you more headaches until this issue is solved.

MICKY H 05-14-2013 05:32 PM

e mail them so they don't get your phone number

kockedoff 05-14-2013 05:34 PM

Ill do that!

I've had some luck with Amazon over the phone when it comes to other competition doing stuff like this. What it really comes down to is whether or not the other seller is doing this activity in a way that Amazon can link to a prior seller account (whether it be banned or current).

If Amazon can piece this link together, they would be willing to remove the feedback and hopefully keep you in the clear from putting your account into review at some point in the near future. Unfortunately there is not much they can do in the way of stopping this guy from future troubles to your account.

I'm basing this answer off of some pretty lengthy conversations I have had with a few Amazon reps. I will say this for sure though, a lot depends on the rep you talk to and even if you get a favorable answer, someone else can review this later on and turn on you.

Even if this gets resolved now, you aren't ever really in the clear and it is very unfortunate that you are in the crosshairs of another seller. You can only hope that this does not continue.

kockedoff 05-14-2013 08:46 PM

Thanks for your input ... I believe selle messing with mr still ahead an active account, I just can't proof it...:(

n8zzz 05-14-2013 11:09 PM

I've had an Amazon rep tell me outright "if the seller is using the same IP as their seller account, we can find out because we track IPs." Even if you cannot prove it, if you are relatively certain, bring it to their attention and they possibly can. A seller that was abusing me was having items shipped to a location just 15 miles away from their seller store's address...in a not so big city in Georgia. That gave me good cause to bring it to Amazon's attention. They confirmed it to be the seller.

kockedoff 05-15-2013 07:21 PM

this is great advice ! but you don't get these great amazon reps all the time... once I called and asked customer service that my sister who lives in the same house wants to have her own account what should she do? and to my surprise he walked me thought the whole process of creating stealth account ..and at the end he said make sure you don't get caught lol
