I might of linked my stealth accounts :-(
 

Hello Guys

I am using different machines and the dongle method.

I accidentally used the wrong stealth details to log into amazon on the wrong machine with the wrong dongle.

In my desperation I used ccleaner and deleted the user account and downloaded a different web-browser to try and stop the accounts from being linked.

What do you guys think should I just scrap both accounts and start again ASAP

Is the anything else I can do to save the two accounts..?

Only time will tell if they are linked to enough of an extent to be locked. Carry on using them as normal, make sure nothing else links them, and build up a back up account just incase.

It really is hard in some situation to "carry on as usual." Especially if you do a lot of FBA stuff like us. Nothing stings more than sending out 1000 lbs. of merchandise only to have your account banned within a month or two. I would get a 3rd account as a backup and play your cards as if you already assume these two have been killed. You should keep using the two accounts but you I would get a 3rd in the works because a solid backup plan always smart.

as mentioned it depends on a lot of factors. Have you attached a bank account to these? If they are both new without bank accounts then I would just start again as the best case scenario is that you are constantly worried about amazon shutting you down and freezing your funds.

It seems that since the reaction was so quick and clear cut AND happened to two different accounts.. this action was indeed the nail in the coffin. So many times there is a chance that it could have been another fine detail that went unnoticed which may have caused the suspension.

So now I have to ask, what exactly happened? You say you used the wrong stealth details, do you mean that you meant to type in the email/password of one account but used your other login details instead? Everyone says that the dongle is not so much the issue since it obtains a new IP every connection and IP addresses have less of a banning force these days anyway.. most likely it was the browser fingerprint and cookies of the machine you were using.

its pretty clear what happened. This was down to a stupid mistake, Im sure OP knows that more than anyone.
