Default Listing items after account is suspended

I have read all the threads about the 90 day rule, and the 10/1 rule. Does that mean if you relist within a week or two of opening a new stealth accouint can it be done following the 10/1 rule? Or do you need to wait 90 days+ and then follow the 10/1 rule? Or after 90+, can the 10/1 rule be ignored? Many Thanks!

... or you can just make a new stealth account using a DIFFERENT city than the last one you used (like if you used lets say Los Angeles last time, use Pomona next time) and Amazon's detection system will not pick up that it's you all over again (even if you relist all the same items)

I've tried and tested this method, it works

I did it before, and got deleted.. not sure how they linked me. So I'm a little gun shy. But I have all new ips now so maybe problem solved..

I'm so curious as to where the 1/10 rule came from and how this was tested. This seems suuuper paranoid to me. I have never had any trouble with my 1/4 rule I made for myself a while back.

paranoid is good with amazon, doesn't take more than a few minutes to do the 10/1

Same 1/4 seemed fine (though I was not risking high risk) - 1/10 is high up but hey, amazon can be rough so why not play safer

Default 10/1 NOT Valid if you relist high risk

Opened a pro account.Listed 80 Never Sell Items. Listed 3 items from previous. Everything fine. Listed 3 more items today from another category. Also, entered my banking info. It is from the same bank but a different account Number. Everything was fine.
Within an hour of listing the 2nd group of three, the account was gone..
This is the 3rd time this has happened.. when I listed these.. i thought it was an ip problem, mac problem, vm ware, all along it was these 2nd 3..
I have concluded that it doesnt matter if the ratio is 1000 to one, they will get you..
Thankfully, I didn't have a lot of $ invested, just a lot of time..I did notice the 2nd category had few if any sellers.. it may be such a risk now they just delete you, hence no sellers. These were always somewhat risky but the reward was good.. Seems like they have gotten even riskier than before...
I guess I have to totally reinvent my products, which I was trying to do, sell some existing to generate some cash..

Oh well, off to buy some powerballs.. at least I cant get suspended for that!

Of course you listed in a different city?

It could be same items within 90 days form the same IP location.

I would wait 90 days on those items and try again.

There could be an issue with the type of f items you listed. For example, I listed an item and actually got a policy warning for doing so. Was told that I wasn't allowed to sell the item because I wasn't an authorized seller. If you haphazardly list on whatever listings you feel like without taking a little bit of logical consideration, that to me seems like a bad idea.

Also, listing 100 items all at once on a brand new account also seems like a bad idea... or adding in bank details too quickly... or pricing your fluff items all at $500 when everyone else is selling them for $25-$50. I hope you catch my drift here.

I really do not think that you were busted by linking you to an old account through similar item listing. Also Amzn sometimes tells you outright that you were linked to an old account upon the deletion/suspension. Saying that "it doesnt matter if the ratio is 1000 to one, they will get you.." just makes you sound like an Amzn employee. There's too many successful stealth account for this to be the case ^^

Yes you might be right.. My items were high but on a 25$ item its about $70. I just think that second group got me. I think they wont work anymore

Why would you enter bank info too soon?

Default bank acct

I was looking for a payout tue or wed. I think like Kelly says they link items by ip location. I just think the 10/1 is a bad idea. Good thing i found at early before i built it up.
Thats gotta be it..Accounts are fine until i list the items. This makes 3 times.

You probably listed inventory too fast and Amazon caught on. I usually list on new accounts just a few items and add more items as time goes on.

Out of desperation

Needs a lot more testing. Needs a lot more info to have a modicum of credibility.

Tell me in at least six months or longer.
