Looked up the seller just now - disgusting.

Amazon DOES have a legitimate reason to be concerned. Sometimes a seller can be totally legitimate and turn bad, or their business can fail.

Anyone remember GlacierBayDVD on eBay? They were a top seller of DVD's, all of their merchandise was legal and legitimate and they ended up going out of business. Their margins were squeezed and they had a cash crunch that toppled the company.

So, even when the intentions are good, and decent upstanding people are involved, things can still go south...

The whole category listing of DVDs is marred with counterfeit potential and legit sellers are definitely thrown under the bus in mass sweeps
