FBA on a newish UK account

So ive waited and waited but still Im not a featured merchant on one of my accounts.

Does FBA still get you the buy box on amazon uk if you are a newish seller? I know it doesnt guarantee anything, but does it at least make me eligible

If you are 29p cheaper than amazon you get the buy box, this has always been the case for me on new and old accounts. What are you selling?
