Trying to start again after being banned

When i try make another account Amazon wants the billing address to the new card which makes it harder for me because i have many accounts on my current address. I have made an Amazon account already which is suspended basically i just need to know how to get around trying to enter my new bank information without being linked by Amazon. Can anyone help?
