US Tax Info suggestions

I am not a tax adviser, but so many US ghost sellers are worried regarding the tax interview with Amazon. If you are a serious seller, and I mean serious you set up your company offshore British Virgin Islands or Singapore etc. Once this info is entered amazon are happy as its not a US based entity.

Do note that the COMPANY has to be outside the US.

Sole traders would not meet the requirements.

Lot of info to understand when operating offshore - also need documentation in case of proof request - lot of reading is in order

Lots, but you are not doing this initially to avoid IRS, as you do you tax return showing they are domestic sales. This is for a ghost account so you do not have to enter US tax information for Amazon.
