video of amazon shipping: comments please

The large box for a small hard drive seems a bit over the top. The blue ray itself was fine, so I don't really see the issue to be honest, and I don't buy that if it was a DVD then it would have been scratched to uselessness. It would have at worst been rubbing up against a bit of plastic.

I don't really see how it was Amazons fault to be honest that the blu ray fell out its little holder, these things happen, and it was clearly a sealed DVD box so its not like someone could have done it on purpose. If everything got sent in boxed much larger than really needed then postal prices would increase and either profits would decrease or buyer would have to pay more.

I like how you said it in a way that didn't seem offensive.

Not sure if that is sarcastic. If I did cause offence none was meant, just giving my opinion as asked. If offence was given, then my apologies.

Exactly - size of the box would affect the profit margin. That blu ray falling out of its holder is for sure irritating but not fault of Az per se

Why are we making comments on this?

Background to this will help.

barrycruan 06-10-2013 08:16 AM

what the hell? is this the worlds saddest man. This guy is that customer, the one we all get and the one we dread. Everything was fine, the disc was out of its correct position but since the thing was sealed how is that amazons fault? then makes a 3 minute video out of it??

Is there a way to have those 3 minutes of my life refunded?

Yeah, you should not have opened the video.

That's why I asked the question. Been entrapped with videos.

Lost time from life before

LOL

There is no need for an apologize, I personally think this guys a moron.

AllAboutStealth 06-10-2013 03:51 PM

But most importantly, don't you guys think it being in the box or bubble wrap envelop it almost has the same possibility where the Blue ray have fallen out from its spot?

Who even knows when it had fallen out, it could have happened from the first shipping of the item straight from the manufacturer.

this video teaches me that there are some people out there who are only happy when they are unhappy. It looked like he wanted it to be damaged the way he was shaking it about.

The thing to take from this video is that some customers are just not worth fighting. They do things and complain about things for reasons that other than money. They do it for attention or to validate their beliefs.

Ok, I will just take a 1 minute refund on my time then.

n8zzz 06-10-2013 05:47 PM

oh look, it's my average customer. Thanks for the laughs. This guy is an ADD bull in a china shop.. I feel exhausted just watching that. Think I'll take a nap now..

Very nicely put barrycruan.... One of my ex gf's would have to find something to complain about to be happy lol

Kelly441 06-11-2013 08:46 AM
