Can't log into account, but items are still showing?!!

Hi Guys,

I've just tried logging into one of my Amazon Accounts and I'm getting the There was an error with your email/password combination. Please try again. As we all know this is what you get when an Account has been deleted.

My Amazon UK account was suspended back in November last year, but it still let me sell on .de and .fr. and I had a webstore.

The items are still showing up on .de and .fr, but none of the items are showing within my webstore.

I think my account has been deleted.

What do you think?

Rats.

May be so

Good point - not "e-mail" - "log-in message" - I stand corrected. (I was working on an e-mail at the time of message)

I think eventually it linked that my UK seller part had been suspended. This account was in my real details. I thought this would happen at some point. All my Ghost accounts are fine. :)

yeah, it has been deleted. There was a seller on here who lost his uk account and still sold on .de and .fr for a good few months after. Never found out what eventually happened so maybe all is not lost. I wouldnt invest too much into them tho

A day on and the items are still for sale listed against my seller id. but I can't login. Strange! I thought all the listings would of disappeared by now.

I have seen that happen but still...have you tried resetting the password as per the message?

Freakzilla 06-13-2013 04:52 AM

I have. I get:

We could not find an Amazon.co.uk seller account associated with the email address provided.

There was only about £100 there, so not the end of the world. I've got other accounts and I'm creating more all the time. :)

It's gone then - listings will eventually be terminated - dont waste your time and efforts on this lost cause
