Buyer problem

I sold a used phone to 1 customer back in the begin of May. 1 month later buyer send me a message said it was missing battery but I check the ESN of the phone, buyer activated with in 2 days of delivery.

Tried to communicate with buyer via Amazon message but always got the 'Unreceived message: Could not locate recipient's email service"

Buyer then file an A-Z claim said item not received. I provided Amazon everything from tracking number, delivery date......, and also explain to them that buyer already received the phone, using the phone for a month and said missing battery and now item not received. Amazon closed the A-Z

1 week after the A-Z case closed buyer email me again said missing battery and charger. I try to explain but got the same error message everytime "Unreceived message: Could not locate recipient's email service"

And today I got another email said there is balance own on the phone and can't be activate it (mean bad ESN)

What should I do with this case and this buyer?

Thank you

I would shoot amazon all of this information again, letting them know that you are trying to contact the buyer and the item has already been used) and then contact the phone carrier and let them lock the phone down.
The guy is obviously scamming you for free items.
Amazon will probably shut his account down.
Do not send this person a darned thing and keep in contact with amazon/phone company only.
Wait for others to chime in.

Didnt you said amazon closed the case already?

Done deal, if anything amazon may end up eating the case.

Yes, the case is closed.

What happen if buyer dispute with CC for a charge back?

If he disputes with chargeback, it's beyond your control - Az has closed the case...they will eat it. Unlikely to come after you but if they decide to...nothing much you can do about it but keep all proof for Round 2
