Can we use amazon UK to sell products in Amazon Germany

hi guys
I have been thinking for a while that sell products in amazon germany. my UK account runs very well, but needs a outlet now.
i am currently in Hongkong, as far as i concern, we can register a Uk ACCOUNT AS LONG AS WE HAVE A CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS which they match. as you know we can do that easily, my question is
1: i'd like to ship products directly to germany amazon fulfilment centre, can we do that and how is the germany custom, anybody did that before ?
2: for ip, i don't know if amazon UK will keep their eyes open at my account all the time. we all know how to run account safely in UK ( or USA),BUT I DON'T KNOW THE SITUATION IF RUN IT AT A REMOTE PLACE ( hongkong)
anybody can share some lights on this ?

I emailed amazon this question , they have replied with a link were I download an inventory file and upload it to amazon de . However the goods need already be on there , if not u need to add them to amazon Germany market place .. Same was as you do the uk on , I did it last night ( same lay out as uk one so bit of guess work with language ) ... Had a sale today so it's worked

i am not sure if amazon cares you register an account at remote place.
for ip address, just a little bit worried about VPN or vps, amazon is so advanced ,using VPN or vps might be a link to amazon.( dongle is the best, unfortunately there is no one i can use in HK)


the other problem is custom,.
UK custom is not bad ( getting crazy now,even they are all genuine,they seized my parcel for paying no tax, i know they just ask invoice to pay tax,but they don't ask anything,just send me a letter,said either go to court or they take them for not paying tax)


,i don't know how is the germany ?

If you are not listing a great deal on amazon, maybe you could consider dial-up?

That would be a good option.

Be careful of Customs in Germany. They can be strict. Also, be aware now, that there may be problems with delivery of items. Cover yourself carefully.

Well I can tell you my experience, one time I had an Amazon account that I was operating from a dodgy country, had no problems. I then posted on here that Amazon don't care about IP addresses.

I then set up another two and registered using a UK ip address, but after registering starting using the accounts in the same dodgy country and both accounts went down.

At the very least I would register the account with a local IP address, you can then try to run from Hong Kong

you are right, sax's advice might be the way to get around.
also the custom, i lost 20k by UK custom in 8 month. i guarantee they are all genuine.
it seems like the crisis has already affected the custom. they take as more as they wish.UK custom used to be a heaven before.
