amazon account problem Help!

Hello there,

I had a seller account on Amazon, it vanished meaning I haven't been suspended i can't even get into the account and it seems to have disappeared. I am sure the account is suspended. I refunded a purchase to myself which I think triggered it. But I had outstanding orders and have been getting claims and chargebacks I dont know what to do. Should I cancel my credit card and go ghost and forget the account?

Help!

Thanks

Amazon has deleted your account. The same thing has been happening to me as well.

If you don't cancel the card associated with the amazon account, they will charge it for the claim amount..

Will you please tell me what you were doing prior to having the account deleted?

You mentioned claims and chargebacks. Were there a lot of them? Is the item involved a high or low quality item? What percentage of the orders resulted in a claim or a chargeback?

Account deletion is the most severe action Amazon can take. It means that absent getting an attorney involved, they will not discuss the matter with you and will not disburse any funds due you, even after the 90 days.

if account disabled, you will never have access to it and funds are gone forever

Not true, contact Amazon seller support regarding your funds and they'll respond with the standard 90-day hold canned email.

Not always.

Do not spread false hope.

Please read much more of the forum where users have stated funds have gone forever.

I suggest you search posts by Here We Go Again.

He states how accounts were deleted and funds retained.

Please be aware NOW.

amazon deleted accounts and retains funds.

Yes, I know. I've had 8 accounts deleted in the past month :(

However, if you do send them an email, they will reply with that canned response, so who knows..

Your methods are flawed to lose that many new accounts

Also, no all users get response after account deletions.

I don't mean to take this thread off topic, but will you answer something for me? Either in PM or here.. It does pertain to Amazon, so that's that ;)

Could it be the accounts are going down because I'm using addresses in a different city than mine? And the IP addresses aren't being routed there?

8 accounts deleted in 1 month that's not good . Are you using a vpn that you are paying for ?

No, I've been altering the MAC address (as I have been for over 3 years) and using addresses based in cities 20-30 miles away from me.

barrycruan 07-23-2013 03:02 AM

you keep talking about the mac address, have you been actively changing the IP and what kind of computer set up do you use?

I have three computers. Each account has its own individualized user on the computer.

barrycruan 07-23-2013 05:37 AM

do you track the IP? and what credit card do you use.

8 accounts in one month means you are doing something wrong as other have said. Make sure you have the basics down first and go from there.

All IP's are tracked, written down, etc.

I'm using VCC's from an online company.

I currently have 4 accounts active, two of which have been sold on.. a week till cash out.

I'm hoping this means my methods have improved.

There's no point in paying $20 per VCC, when I can create my own online for free.

Sounds like it's been deleted - time to learn about stealth methods. Dont worry about outstanding orders - you wont get that cash.

All the best - sad story but many posts about this

The problems isnt just in IP addresses - there is likely a lot missing from your ghost methodology.

Post up in a different thread how you create your accounts and we can discuss there.

would be great if you did not comment on things you dont understand. The problem here is the IP address and only the Ip address.
