Feedback Request Best Time of Day?

Wondering what time of day people have had the best luck with for getting replies to their feedback requests. I'm thinking Fri/Sat/Sun between 4pm-6pm. Any thoughts?

Also, what is the best feedback ratio you have received to a request? 10 feedback for every 100 requests? More/Less? I feel lucky to get anything above 5%. Looking to tweak my methods a little to help that out. Thanks!

The best feedback is no feedback. A buyer can leave you positive feedback but ding your DSR's. I refrain for asking for feedback. It only takes a few knuckleheads to ruin your DSRs.

This is about Amazon and not Ebay.

 How did I miss that. Thanks Freakzilla.

I dont even bother with it. I sell a lot of items every month and only get 50 feedback a month if im lucky.

Its just not worth it once you get to a certain level with amazon as they dont care and you shouldn't either unless you are only getting negatives.

Metrics is more important with amazon, keeping all the ticks green. However new accounts need a certain number of feedback for the first review.

We don't really get reviewed because of the way we operate. My biggest concern is just looking better than the competition and having the flexibility to do business more the way I want. I don't want to have to tiptoe around customers while throwing large refunds everyone's way (when the customer is in the wrong) just to avoid negative feedbacks.

I don't care about feedbacks for the purpose of passing reviews or having "good enough" metrics, that has never been a problem ^^

I always include a nice letter with packages begging for feedback or contact if there is a problem.

Everybody gets reviewed, unless you are amazon. If you do FBA then you will only be flagged on negative feedback, counterfeit , item not as described etc.

Last account was at 12k disbursements without getting ever getting reviewed. I play very legit, even if a review came, it wouldn't be a worrisome event.. not going to post a thread titled "Just got reviewed this morning, err nerr what do I do, where's my monay??" lol.

Anyway, was thinking maybe Friday is best? Everyone should be in a good mood, or maybe they're just to busy/happy to bother with it..

No set times work I find - if buyer is good and REGULAR on Amazon - he/she will feedback - if he/she is doing one time buying...tends to left it drift away

Thursday/Friday afternoon.

Never do it on Monday.

user3657 08-08-2013 05:20 AM

I get most of my feedback on Sat and the weekend.

So agree with you.

Found buyers dislike doing anything nice on a Monday
They must listen to this piece of music
