Default blocked when seller central down

I got caught when seller central went down.

Was fine up until this happened. Both of my accounts closed.

Nothing linking, nothing similar.

Anyone know what happened?

When you say closed - you mean you cant log in even? Even after changing password?

Could you, please, give more info about the accounts.

Yours may be a different issue entirely.

Both accounts opened with totally different everthing. Both had completely different items for sale, one had toys and the other had electronics. When the seller central went down I could not log in, I kept getting an error that my email/password was incorrect. I changed my password and still got the same error. I contacted support and was told seller central was down but to keep trying. Three days passed and still the same.

I tried logging into second account and same error popped up. I had support call me and was told my account was on hold, they didn't know why but I should contact seller performance. I emailed them and was told that I confirmed or listed items I didn't intend to ship. Untrue. Back to the first account, I waited to her back and received no other information so I contacted seller performance, received the same email. Both untrue.

I had 2 orders come in and was going to ship but was locked out so I couldn't ship. Now I have to start over again. I should also mention, I have a laptop, tablet, ipad and desktop, all different ip's.

Both of your account are gone and both had list high risk items.

When did you created those account?

this sounds to me like you have been linked and seller central being down is just a Coincidence.

do you track the ip and is it always a completely different Ip or is it a similar number?

That whole e-mail/password combination difficulty indicates that your accounts have been deleted. Has happened to quite a few people - you won't be able to get the funds on the accounts and you should not complete the orders.

Ghost guide will help you get back on Amazon - all the best. Sad to say but these 2 accounts are doomed.
