Both accounts opened with totally different everthing. Both had completely different items for sale, one had toys and the other had electronics. When the seller central went down I could not log in, I kept getting an error that my email/password was incorrect. I changed my password and still got the same error. I contacted support and was told seller central was down but to keep trying. Three days passed and still the same.
I tried logging into second account and same error popped up. I had support call me and was told my account was on hold, they didn't know why but I should contact seller performance. I emailed them and was told that I confirmed or listed items I didn't intend to ship. Untrue. Back to the first account, I waited to her back and received no other information so I contacted seller performance, received the same email. Both untrue.
I had 2 orders come in and was going to ship but was locked out so I couldn't ship. Now I have to start over again. I should also mention, I have a laptop, tablet, ipad and desktop, all different ip's.
