can we send HongKong invoice to amazon
 

hi
got email from amazon that let me provide invoice to prove the items sold are legal to sell in EU.
all of my products are genuine but come from USA, trading by a HK company.
usually amazon ask seller all products must have EC means those products are allowed sold in EU. unfortunately my products don't have that. only can be sold in north america.
anybody got any ideas ? urgently

You must be selling EU copyrighted products. If amazon have done a test purchase and see you are selling products that infringe copyright or trade description then you are doomed sorry.

Jane, if the distributors in the EU have the licence for sole distribution then I am sorry you have a problem. An example is a cd, Michael Buble, Warner have the world rights to his product, but you cannot sell the US version in the EU as warner EU hold the rights. Crazy but the law. Google parallel importing into the EU.
