Why can't list item as NEW?????

Hello all,

I tried to list an item as new but there isn't an option for me, anyone who got the same problem?

There is 9 new items list as "new" for this product but it only give me Refurbished and Used only.

Some items they only allow prescreened sellers to sell the item as "New".

I never sale anything as "new" condition and didn't know that.

I emailed seller support and they asked a few questions in regards to my business. Few days later, they emailed me and told me I could start listing new items. In my case, I was trying to list a new camera.

Some items you need to be an authorized retailer of the product to be able to list as new.
