Emails from customer's after account ban?

Should you reply to them?

Or not?

I went through and canceled all my orders and refunded them this morning and I'm getting a TON Of emails from pissed off customers that are calling customer service and the idiot CS reps are emailing ME about it wanting ME to explain to them WHY.

(YOU suspended my account...can't you see that?)

I don't feel like responding.

One customer INSISTED I UN-CANCEL her order and send it (I CAN'T)

Should I respond?

Or not?
:deadhorse:

I have all email accounts in one inbox in my iPhone and that happened once and I just deleted the email from my iPhone so it's like the stealth account never existed, if my selling privileges are gone I move on

yea.. I only answer the messages from fulfilled orders to prevent any refunds or az claims to arrise and disregard all other messages.

Since the account is gone, there is very little that Amazon can do to you. HOWEVER - if you have money in your seller account, Amazon COULD decide to move it from suspended, where you get the money after 90 days, to DELETED, where you NEVER get the money.

If Amazon asked me about it, I would just say that since Amazon no longer wanted me as a seller and the items were not shipped, I thought the best thing to do would be to cancel the orders to prevent any issues for me AND Amazon. Play dumb.

You should respond to return requests and exchange requests for orders that have already shipped. If you don't, the customer will eventually file a claim and Amazon grants ALL claims in favor of the buyer in the case of a suspended account. Even if the buyer does not return the item, the claim will still be granted in the favor of the buyer and you will lose out on the money and the product.

If you have money tied up in these orders then reply. If its people complaining about canceled orders either ignore or just tell them to shut up. Its not like they can double ban you!!

I wouldnt recommend you waste effort on this account - how much money is left to withdraw after 90 days? If small amount - not too worrisome - if large amount, just make sure account remains linkfree. Either way, nothing you can really do so just let the e-mail messages be.
