using mobile internet?
 

I am starting new ebay & amazon accounts to sell on and I wanted to know if it is safe to use my virgin mobile cell phone's mobile internet. I can connect on the computer with a data cable. However I checked the i.p. address each time I logged in with it and it is different evrytime. I have never used this phone to connect and sell amazon/ebay. So my question is do they have a tracking method which will get me banned?

You can use your Mobile Internet, this is 1 method we suggest often, the 1 thing you need to do is Log every IP change between accounts. Ebay/PP track IP's but like i said, you need to make sure you log IP's IF you plan to run multiple accounts on each platform.

also important to note that I am using pdanet to tether my phone and ti occasionally drops. will they see if it drops while I am using it?

They could so that's why you disable all other forms of IP access - wifi, LAN, DSL, etc.
