Do I need a new LLC?

hi everyone. my amazon account was banned friday because i got a complaint from fox for ip infringement. i tried to appeal but was denied reinstatement. if i change the name of the llc and get a new federal ein# for the llc would i be good to go or do i have to set up a whole new llc?

I think there is something known as dba - doing business as. So you can change your business name but leave the legal entity alone.

But what about EIN in this case? my accountant told me that if you have a LLC to apply a DBA, the EIN will always be the same, which makes it nonsense to make a DBA for LLC. what do you think?
