Not clear here OP - so you are able to log into the account but can't list in that category? Perhaps, AZ is just restricting the whole category to newly created accounts right now...

So I re-applied, did the 500x500 photo thing AGAIN, blah blah blah...but I am NOT listing ANYTHING to sell until they approve me since 93% of my stuff is adult. any ideas on anything I can sell? I can't do electronics as you have to be approved...blah.

cleared cache...fixed.. that was odd. hmm. go re-approved. going to list a few items today..
