Technical question on ghost account

I've had this ghost account for over 6 months +

I recently got a new lap top and I want to start using the account on it but I don't want to risk anything - let me know what you think of the following:

Current: I use VMWARE + a private VPN connection to log in.

New: I want to use a new lap top and the same VPN connection to log in.

This of course changes the MAC address due to a change in location but not the IP address. do you guys think this will raise a red flag for Amazon?:ban?:

Does the same IP really matter GB, this is NOT a new account but his existing account, all he is doing is changing his laptop. Should have no problems in my humble opinion.

So a different physical address and same IP is not a red flag for Amazon on an established 6 month + old ghost account?

This IP was used on a suspended account about seven months ago? If so, a new address will be linked.

Where does he say the account had been suspended, I think the OP should be a little more clear in his question.
Is this a new account or the 6 month old account.
