Listing cancelled by Amazon but still active/selling....

So yesterday I got an email from Amazon probably nobody ever wants to get, about cancelled listing> It is as follows:
Hello from Amazon.com.

We are writing to let you know that the following of your listings have been cancelled:

I know there are two types of this item, one illegal in USA as per FDA rules and other very much legal but I am not about to fight it as I know I will never win this one BUT..... after receiving this I still have sales rolling in, I then look and the listing is still active and available for sale on amazon. ( I am the only one selling it on Amazon, as it is hard to get).
Should I delete this listing ? The above letter does not state to do so.

I am not very good with amazon yet, just have about 100 feedback so not very developed but I do not want to mess this up especially because it is NOT a Ghost account.

Get rid of it Its not worth you account getting suspend

It maybe some word in your list that Amazon don't like about.

This is like your boss say, 'do it again and you will be fired'.

Wrap up any current and pending orders and get rid of the listing.

If AZ checks back in a few days and it is still there, chances are very good you will get 'fired' without pay!!!

100 feedback on Amazon is a good account - don't lose it over this kind of listing.

Without knowing what category you are dealing with, hard for any of us to pinpoint a reason.

If you have done OK to get 100 feedback, take that listing down as soon as possible.

Take what steps you can to save the account.

Thank you so very much guys , the category is candy :-) quite simple but now that i have been selling it for like 6 months I have stocked myself up with it and now I am unsure what to do with such large amounts of it.
SHOULD I ASK AMAZON if this is an error? The only reason I ask is because when another listing was taken down a while ago they took it down, where in this case this listing was still active even after their notice.
