is my uk bank okay for amazon germany ?
 

hi
just tried to register account with amazon.de. it specified that i have to put a de bank account.
i thought we can use uk bank for all of EU amazon. am i wrong ?
need your idea urgently.

Except for US bank, I am under the impression that each platform requires that specific country bank. US bank will work fine regardless of platform - unless revamped very recently.

i get amzon.eu centre paid every 2 weeks. i don't understand why they need german bank for uk people who prefer to register a standalone account with them ?

you can use a uk bank for de,fr,uk,usa

Be careful when entering the UK info.

Are you on the correct page to add the bank account?

just update the info.
tried this afternoon and created a shipment to amazon .de. it works.
we don't need to register a new account with de. i just used my uk account info and everything worked perfectly.
the only small problem i had is some products are not allow me to list but some can.,i think everything should be okay when time pass and get feedback .
also we can use uk bank account for de. ( they even didn't ask me for banking info).

in uk account. you can find easily, but i could find nothing in amazon.de

thank you for everybody who replied.
amazon is a long term job. i will try to do it well. as long as products sold are genuine(never sold phxxk on amazon). feedback should be get in 1-2 weeks.

Off course, just set an account up. Read amazon help pages, there will more helpful and accurate information. It amazes that people ask questions like this on a forum when all the information is with amazon. Or are people to lazy to research...
