Is that pro merchant account or just individual account?
Sounds like you have a Pro Merchant account... On Sellers Center page.. Click on payment summary ....then near total balance their is a link for upcoming payment schedule. This will tell you the dates you'll be paid. If you have an individual account the payment will be every 7 -8 days.... if its every two weeks then Pro Merchant... You can opt out of the Pro Merchant account and bring it back to individual

If you sign up for an individual account and upgrade to pro merchant, you can go back to individual account anytime.
But if you sign up for the pro merchant from the start up, there is no way you can turn that pro merchant account to an individual account.

Did you pay $40 fee at the account setup time? Or pay per sale?
OP can you clarify your first post. Are you getting a bank transfer only once in 2 week period or are you getting bank transfer every week but only for orders shipped 2 weeks ago. In other words for individual acct you will have a 2 week rolling reserve (a bank transfer every week but for orders 2 weeks old). It can be VERY confusing when you first look at it but if you look at the statement page and compare it to your detail transactions it starts to make sense.
I remember the good old days on my first AZ account when it was paid out every day! It seems to be a law of physics... seller happiness will deteriorate over time.

Sorry for the confusion! I meant I got bank transfer every week, but only for the order shipped 2 weeks ago. Do you know how to remove this rolling reserve thing ? Thanks!
I checked I have an individual account and have to wait2 weeks, it's my real account and I opened up in February but as it started to pick up with sales my ebay accounts exploded so I laid off amazon till this month , but I have a seller rating of 100 and everything Is in great standing, would it be ok to call in or is it like ebay where I should just take it as it comes
Yeah Tony good for you. But really must be some kind of glitch in the system which is very rare for AZ - not like eb where you get random glitch all the time. Normally is no way to take off rolling reserve on individual account (unless you have old account from before 2011).
Are you sure you dont get the $39.95 pro account? With that account they would issue your payment on friday like you desccribe.
