Amazon - Suspended - Inventory Question

I was recently suspended as an Amazon seller, and it appear that my suspension is permanent.

I am preparing to launch a new account, and I have a question related to inventory. My primary reason for being at Amazon is that I have several copies of a marketable title, and it's important to me to have it listed on Amazon.

Here's the catch.

I was advised not to sell any of the same books that I had in my previous account because it could lead to my account being suspended. Is this really the case?

Another consultant told me that I should be fine as long as I fill my account with enough other items to sell.

I'll welcome any replies as I'm really struggling with this.

Just add any other products, you dont need stock, just price them so they won't sell, try a different category also. Mix about 5-1 against your old titles.

You do need to vary your listings OP - sell the titles over several accounts.
