Business address, place of establishment address, return address...
 

I am not sure the best way to handle this.

I setup a PO box to use for my returns.

Should I use this PO box for my Business address, Legal Entity address and Returns address?

I did not see it discussed in the guide..

I don't think P.O BOX can be use for business address

Actually quite a few people around here use it for that...using the street address of the po box office ...

Your more accurate reply would check if the local Post Office does allow a street address to be used

Otherwise it might be a problem for a seller

Confirmed that some Post offices do not allow this. Better to check before getting such a service

I find if its low value goods, just let the buyer keep the goods and refund them. The buyer is generally happy and you will get better feedback. You also have no return postage to pay. If it high value send you customer a return note from your supplier to send back direct to them. This is also saving on postage etc. And before people chime in, saying the buyer will know your source for the goods, is he really going to start a business selling on amazon and also you make out the address they are sending to is you.

Select Post Offices allow to you to use an address for your PO Box that looks like a regular street address. However, be aware that if you request a removal from FBA they won't know it is a PO Box and they may ship UPS or Fedex and they can not deliver to a PO Box

Also, customers a stupid too so I would make sure you tell them to ship using the Post Office only. I have had idiots try this.

Lucky me, my local PO allow using their street address with the suite number. And cheap too. Smallest box for $32/year
