New account on different city, but...?
 

So from what I've read and understand the best method is to use a different city for every account to be able to list most inventory.

How is that possible if the ip address will show where you're working from and not from that city?

for example if I'm running 10 accounts on vmware all with some of my inventory and the rest mixed garbage that I'm not selling, wouldn't amazon recognize 10 user accounts all directed to one area and not from the billing address given to amazon?

If they are always logging IP location. I'm not sure this is the case. They probably only do it if there is a manual review of the accounts.
