ID request by Virtual company before releasing parcel
 

i tried to collect parcel from my po box but i was told i must show the ID which showed on parcel ? they said they will either return the parcel or ask custom to exam. anybody had this before?
by the way, the parcel contained electrical products ( mouse), nothing illegal.

Yes, this happens frequently.

In the T&S of many companies they state their right to do this.

Its pretty standard procedure op for courier or RM to check identification if picking up from their base.

This happen to me at my local USPS. New lady want the ID that match the name on the package, I told her it was my business name and she still don't want to hand it over. Another rep just came and told that I'm a know person and it is OK to hand me the package :)

Make friend with them, everything is easy.

Wonderful to hear - another reason why I am always polite at my postal offices - even a gentle listening ear at the end of a long day when they are pissed off at bad customers
