very strange - Failure to Disburse Funds ?!
 

hi,

got this message on 4 accounts today:

Your most recent transfer in the amount of £xxx was not successfully deposited into your bank account on file ending in xxx. The funds were returned to us and we have removed the current bank account information from your seller account. To receive funds you will need to update your bank account information by following these instructions..


,,this are old accs ,,previously made many disburstments from them, different bank accs of course and different banks,,

i am thinking is some amzn glitch ,,anyone else got this message lately?

Yes me on all last weeks disbursement on all market places all bank accounts were removed and needed be re added

And obviously I had these payments go in my bank and my bank account names match on files ( business names). ... They have re added the funds to my accounts. .. Be nice if they were to stay there and deposit to my bank Friday

Man, that is scary to hear this news. Have see any report on U.S account yet. Amazon, please don't do this to U.S account :)

Not sure why it's scary ? As I had these payments transfer into my bank almost 2 weeks ago , they haven't tried to take them back out my bank . And no issues with wrong names on accounts so that rules this out. Surely if it was going to be returned it wouldn't take almost 2 weeks

This is effecting loads of people.

There is an announcement in Seller Central. nothing to worry about.

from amazon, all is ok.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue which is causing incorrect messages about failed disbursements to be sent to sellers.

Please disregard these messages because all disbursements have been debited and will be visible in your account.

Additionally, we have temporarily disabled the bank details in your Seller Central account while we resolve this issue.

We are working to resolve this with the highest priority and apologise for any inconvenience.

No action is required from you at this point; your bank details will be re-enabled automatically. (10/15 - 13:00 GMT+1)

My .fr account just got the failed disbursement message. Its probably effecting just Europe.

I got the .UK message a few hours ago and as I'm due my payment tomorrow I tried calling them and could not get through. Seriously my blood pressure cant take this ;>

Pure cock up on amazons part for probably causing a mass panic :clap:

I got 1 transfer last night and 1 this morning. Have not see anything weird happen yet

Check the seller central news updates. There is some technical problem today with disbursement but only in am.co.uk.
There is no message on am.de and am.fr.

Seems to be UK focused - my Amazon US disbursed without issue.
