amazon tax info?

I was asked for tax info by amazon. i supplied an ein when I first sign up. which was incorrect. I don't have a real one(this worked on google checkout, so i tried it) what do I do on ghost account so no such person actually exists.any suggestions?

Create LLC, DBA or some sort of business and get EIN from IRS

What if my previous EIN was on a suspended account? How do I get a new EIN?

Right now, I'm on a temporary suspension, and AMZN is requesting my tax info...what should I enter? My SSN was also part of a suspended account...

Talk to a CPA or Tax professional to open new business. CAN NOT use and OLD info

You can get the EIN BEFORE you form the LLC

IRS just asked when you intend to form it

If your account goes up in smoke don't get it

Seriously? This is news to me. Although I don't really see it as being an issue for legit stealthers.. more just legal coverage for Amazon. Shouldn't be too big a deal.

Then go pay for professional tax advice to make sure you are complying with the needs of amazon.

Forum is not tax experts.

Take the correct steps to comply and create accounts that will last.

You must be making some error to get accounts zapped.
