| eiross | 10-16-2013 10:39 AM | Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost hi All
would it be ok to use next door neighbours address for ghost or would the similarity be noted i.e same post code and street but one number different?
thanks |
| they_screwed_me_too | 10-16-2013 10:41 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost lots of potential for trouble there
there are better options that wont result in your neighbor headbutting the life out of you |
| eiross | 10-16-2013 10:44 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost ohhh why?
best be a random address?
no access to another right now |
| eiross | 10-16-2013 10:47 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost Also worried about the registered address of bank card, using debit card under real name of partner but didnt want to add false address? real address previously used as 'returns address' on suspended account....any advice? prepaid maybe?
seemed easier route to just use partners details, name, new email, bank card but no address.....
help!!? :) |
| barrycruan | 10-16-2013 10:53 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost With the greatest respect these are very basic questions. I would suggest you buy the stealth book and come back when you have read it. Not to be rude but if you lack the basics the chances are very high you will at some point make a mistake. |
| aleen | 10-16-2013 11:01 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost Yes Barry is right. Get the amazon ghost, read it and read it again and again, if you make a mistake after that then you will definitely learn from them. :) |
Welcome to the forums eiross - all the best as you read around.
PO Box can be used as an alternative address |
| eiross | 10-16-2013 12:57 PM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost yes i have seen the stealth book, but still not sure whether to persist with partners details for now as well as stealth, i thought easier?

thanks | The answer is NO, it is NOT OK to use your neighbor address |
| eiross | 10-16-2013 01:11 PM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost thanks Tonyalmeida,
so whats best address to use? can it be any at all?
when using the card would it not flag that the registered address with bank is one of previous account?
i know the stealth guides suggest using pre-paid card route..
just wanted clarification if possible guys! :)
want to keep this one as legit as poss before other stealth accounts.. |

thanks | You can not do that because it is NOT your right to access that address.
You will be caught by amazon |

| eiross | 10-17-2013 02:18 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost hi rsot,
that's what i'm confused about i just wasn't sure what address to put with the bank account card that will be put against the account...does it not matter at all?
was always under the impression that it will have to match the billing address....
the name on account and bank card will match and the email is new, pc new, mac/i.p new all never used before, just the address i was unsure about....
thanks |
| Kelly441 | 10-17-2013 09:05 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost I like to find an address of a strip mall and find out what the suite numbers are and just put a bogus suite number. I do this on accounts that I will not need a return address for products |
| eiross | 10-17-2013 10:41 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost is that really all the address is for, as yes i don't really have the returns issue....
the only reason i was thinking for 'neighbours address' was exactly that, if something was returned your more likely to have the friendly neighbour pop it over and put it down to a 'typo' or some mistake, easily explained and the question i was really asking was :
is one number either side of a 'suspended' account different enough and good enough for a stealth rather than a completely fictitious but real house address...
just felt slightly better than picking one at random etc etc :) |
| eiross | 10-17-2013 10:43 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost also thought this might trigger something Amazon's end i,e new stealth account same road as previous recent suspended user, selling similar items using similar (not same) images etc etc but new ASINS...just wondered if they put that down to there's lots of people living near each other selling same stuff
am i making sense?
:) |
Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost @eiross, you're kind of racing through ideas....
keep it simple and register the card to the address of the account.
Now as for returns - clarify: worried or dont care about? |

:) | If the account goes through a manual review (by a human), that could be close enough to say bye bye. Do you want to live on the danger side, or on the safe side? |
| eiross | 10-17-2013 11:35 AM | Re: Using 'Next door neighbours' address for Ghost thanks phd yeah i see what you mean - prob best just use different address altogether - why risk it i guess..
complete stealth it is then! |

For your address, many have had success with a PO box.
Before getting one, make sure they will let you address it as UNIT #, not PO Box. And they will let you receive parcels at it with an email notification to you of package received. |
