Horrible feedback and still selling

This guy has 8 total feedback and 5 of them are negative and selling Apple stuffs but still active and selling

Can anyone explain how this could happen?

There are a few ways but the main one is amazon do not ban you for bad feedback alone as Im sure you know.

ODR is what gets your account canned and although unlikely this person could have made hundreds of sales with only a few people leaving feedback. The feedback will be bad but ODR is what they are looking for.


Having said that amazon dont always suspend you as soon as you hit the 1%, so id guess this account is on borrowed time. I dont think it will last the month without some serious feedback improvement.

amazon never fail to amaze me. its near holiday season and they have ppl like this selling.

Check at the end of the month and see if he is still active.

The seller's response to each neg feedback is so generic and blaming on the shipping time...stellar performance

Feedback is included in the ODR. Once the ODR time window includes these new feedbacks the acct will be toast.

But on bright side, we will have new forum member to welcome. :heh:
