Individual Acct vs Pro questions

Been awhile since I needed to sign up.

Individual account will not allow you to put up your own listings, correct?
You need a pro merchant for that.

Individual account doesn't need tax ID on startup, but pro does?

Individual is $1 per sale, pro is 39.99/month?

Am I correct in these 3, and did I forget something else?

The number one is wrong at this time. Individual account can create your own list as well. Before you can not but now you can.

Pro will let you customize your shipping rates but I find it a real pain in the arse the way AZ does it with templates.
