Default Selling Amazon US exclusive product, on a different Amazon
I imported some exclusive Amazon.com (US) products (posters) a while ago. They were only available on Amazon US and are unique.

Is it safe to list them on other Amazon websites? Like Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de?

I would imagine no, as amazon.com will have the copyright to this product. You need a lawyer on this to get firm answer.

Or maybe just call amazon and ask them straight out first , maybe they will say yes or no before getting into legal fees

And just call anonymously and say u purchased whatever from amazon am I allowed to resell this on amazon.

Only way you could do it is to list them as used. Same as selling a kindle.

Hmm.. I just found out thay it was actually a shares exclusive, amazon us + another us retailer carried this product. Does that change anything? Pr should I just list them on ebay?
