how is it possible if it requires a bank account to withdraw? looking to get a new account if possible

no company knows the real name attached to a bank account, unless you live in a dictatorship.

You can put any name on amazon as bank holders name, but be warned few banks do not accept deposits if the names dont match the name on amazon.

or not paying taxes......I would say IRS is more intelligent than amazon as they will have access to bank accounts

Forget about closing it - just focus on making new stealth account and operating that.

The one that is open, just keep it on the side - maybe do purchasing or something....not needed to close it out

not paying tax? not true, Amz requires any selling account to do the tax interview as soon as you reach the sales limit or something. Of course you can choose Not doing it, but then you have no privileges to sell on Amz. Once the acct go strong, no one would want to say good-bye to that acct.
