banned today because of dumb mistake
 

I lost my 2 big seller accounts today that i've had for years because of a very dumb mistake.

i always keep separate user accounts for each account, account A and account B. and i use a VPN for account B, and just use my regular IP address for account A.

today, the VPN connection for account B disconnected without me noticing.. and switched over to my regular connection. i should have checked the "KILL CONNECTION IF VPN DISCONNECT" option in my VPN software... STUPID ME.

after i made this stupid mistake, 1 hour later, amazon closed both my accounts.

i'm wondering if this is the reason... but these accounts have been running strong for a very long time up until now.. so i'm guessing this is it. so be careful of ur vpn software guys.

anyone had this happen to them too? let me know so i won't feel so dumb :(

VPS is bad idea if you run into a problem like this (got disconnected).

I would go with phone tether or MiFi or Dongle

Strength and time will NEVER save you if you get linked.

A lot of us have "been there, done that, and got the tshirt".

Sorry to hear that,
Were you suspended or deleted ? Will you get funds in 90 day's?
It's always a good precaution to delete the passwords and switch off auto connect for Wifi on all other user accounts.

oh trust me, i know, i've been around the block. this was just the latest addition to my "dumb things i've done to link" and just wanted to serve as a friendly reminder to people here to watch your VPN software

deleted. they said no funds will be released to me.

yeah, the thing is i was using VPN over my normal connection for account B.

vpn is not good , maybe u can try vps , better than vpn

a VPN (virtual private network) uses ip addresses (proxies) that are shared among many. You have no control over what some people do on them. ie, spam or the ip could have been used on another ste@lth acct that got busted.

With a VPS, you can have a static unique ip address and login using 'Remote Desktop' on a Windows machine. I don't know what you would use on a Mac. You can also look to see if there is a supplier in the area of the phone number on the account. That will make it look even more legit.

So each and every time, you log in using the same IP address and you will be the only one. It would also be almost impossible to make that same mistake again. Basically because you are logging in to another machine. The only drawback is that some VPS' are a little slow, especially if you want to keep your monthly costs down.
