Is it dangerous to switch IP's?

Is it dangerous to use a different IP to login on your Amazon stealth account?
I am planning on making a second PayPal account, but I have to change my IP first. So my new IP will be different from the IP I used to create & login on my Amazon stealth account.

Is this dangerous? Or can I use more than 1 IP to login on my Amazon account (as long as it is not the same IP used for previously banned/suspended accounts)?

That.

You can use whatever ip's you want, except the ones that can link you. Just imagine normal user behavior and it makes sense.

Dongles change IP address every time you log in, loads of people use these and mobile tetheringm so not a problem... So no its, not an issue

Just make sure that you don't use an IP that has been used on a blocked account!
