If it's just a standard review where they say you can send info,to speed up the process or wait it out I would suggest you wait it out. A few people have successfully speeded up the review but a whole lot more have subsequently failed because of it.

On a side not aliexpress should be fine as long as you are not selling any kind of branded product.

Aliexpress etc is ok if its generic items but If its Vero your selling, its not going to be good and you will just have to wait it out but be prepared to lose this account.

I had a review on a stealth account and provided supplier details, invoices etc for generic items and still failed a review. For now on i wont appeal and just wait it out instead.

With Amazon, if you want to get your best answer from forum members, you need to provide more details. For this case example.

We need more information like
- Why they are asking for the invoice/supplier?
- Is the account is under review and you want to speed up the process or your account already suspended and do appeal? That is two different case and situation.

With insufficient information you never get the correct answer that will help you in your case.

yes, aliexpress invoices, still they didnt reinstate. I was selling 50% branded and 50% non branded goods

honestly, i think they wanted supplier info so they can sell the NON branded items themselves !

other people have reported that amazon does these kinds of practices, they ban your account, then later you find out they sell the items you sold

Did your account originally suspended or under review and you appeal and failed?

Amazon is a massive retailer. Its growth since it started in 1996 is phenomenal. They have big, big contacts. @ Roberto and here you are telling us they "they wanted supplier info so that they can sell the non branded stuff themselves"

they will steal your supplier and inventory and kick you to the curb. It is a known fact and has happened to tens of thousands of people and companies

I don't think they will call your supplier because the distributor WILL NOT giving out their customer information (that mean your info)

I may be wrong but that is what I think.

If I was you, I will use a invoice software to generate an invoice form some real company and Photoshop it a bit before send to amazon.

so when you say branded...from aliexpress.....?

I think you've answered the reason why they suspended your account. Theres no such thing really as "Branded" from aliexpress or dhgate or such like. only the no-nos

In all my years of trading on such sites for the last 9 years, I've yet to see one legit known brand on these china trade sites.

Any unrecognised brand is just a named brand they have given it themselves, just like alot of AZ sellers nowadays try and TM a generic product under their own made brand so no one can compete with the same generic product (a clever and growing trend I see). For me, this falls into the the unbranded category with the rest of them. Just so you know.
