Roberto, I believe you talk a LOT RUBBISH. Nobody to my knowledge has received funds from a deleted account. It just does not happen. I have a lawsuit going through the Courts in Luxembourg (amazon EU registered office) for over 12 months seeking over £100k and they still fight to keep the cash. They have even confirmed they owe the money in Court papers but still keep fighting to prevent me getting Judgement. The accounts were linked to previous accounts and amazon's defence is that their T&T don't allow this.

Unfortunately they always pull it back if they can. If your suspended they send an email letting you know but if the account is deleted you don't get a thing.

I am supposedly 1 of the 4 people that got account deleted because of gift card. However, I believe it was because of same item and I listed too much in my inventory form the beginning, like over 10,000 items available

Thing is, you don't have to sell on amazon, this is your choice. Amazon have the rules, play by them and you are OK. If they link an account they will deleted you, but YOU know the risks when you open the account.

Yeah but no matter what the agreement says there is something to be said for being ethical. Or is it open season for corporate oppression without bounds these days. In civilized societies when we catch a burglar they are no longer pilloried in the town square or death row is mostly a thing of the past. But you tread outside the line at these online flea markets and there is mostly no recourse and your goods that YOU own are confiscated. Maybe it's just me but feels like we have regressed as a society. I would expect being treated this way in Stalinist Russia. You do as we say or we burn down your house. Something has to give eventually.

It is perfectly ethical. The thing is bad sellers damage amazon. If an employee was damaging your business, selling phakes or constantly offering terrible customer service what would you do. You would fire them.

But imagine that member of staff sneaks back, but this time with 5 mates and they all do the same thing damaging your business.

Amazon are by no means perfect but it's quite easy to see things from their point of view. So if you want to play the game play it but don't go moaning about big bad amazon when we are all gaming them in the first place.

And you should count your lucky stars this is not Stalinist Russia. Failing a review would be the least of your problems when operating against
The terms of service.
