Old info on Green Dot

I searched for Green Dot and Amazon and only got old posts. Has anyone used greendot with Amazon and received deposits under mismatched names?

Vanilla for one. Also mm78 has the best gift card deal around but he won't tell where he gets em. Maybe prints them in his basement , I don't know.
