Another merchant screwing with me...
Any suggestions on how to handle this?
I sell two unique items on Amazon and there is one other merchant who offers these items. I recently started offering these items within the past month.
The same buyer in Encino, CA purchase one each off the two listings in two separate orders. I shipped the correct item to the customer for both orders.
They have reported to Amazon on each order that I am violating the terms of Amazon and shipped the incorrect product.
After doing some research I see that the only other merchant offering these two unique items happens to ship from Encino, CA as well, what a coincidence
I contacted seller support and laid out my view in its entirety and hope that they will handle this.
Two questions:
1. Are there any other steps that I should take?
2. Will this buyer claiming that I sent the wrong items in two separate orders negatively impact my account?
This particular stealth account I am selling under has been active for about 3 months, has passed review, have shipped around 70 orders and I have 100% feedback.....
TIA
