Hi
I just received this email. One of my account was under review since last month. I'm actually confused what does it mean. Is it mean that review is complete or they conducting a review again. Please help.

This message is to inform you that we have reactivated your Amazon.co.uk seller account, and you may now resume listing items for sale on our site. We will be conducting an ongoing review of your account to ensure that your customers are offered a satisfying shopping experience. During this review your funds may be reserved for up to 30 days in your Amazon.co.uk selling account.

Amazon Sellers are expected to maintain an order defect rate (the percentage of orders that have received a negative feedback, an A-to-Z Guarantee claim or a service credit card chargeback) of less than 1% of orders received. Excessive levels of order cancellation, refunds or late shipments can also lead to account restrictions.

While our review can take as many as 30 days to complete, you may be able to expedite the release of your funds by providing us with the following information:
1. Tracking numbers for items dispatched with corresponding Amazon.co.uk order numbers
2. Current retail or online sales channels including links to selling pages
3. Detailed explanation of your business including your source of inventory
4. Amount of inventory you plan to list for sale on Amazon.co.uk and availability of items for dispatch

Wow sounds like good news to me that they reactivated your account and its now live again but in effect they are still saying its being reviewed or monitored closely. They are saying that the freeze on funds is still there (surprise surprise). I would sell only what you can afford to sell in the sense that you wont get the funds from such sales till around 30 days for now potentially.

BTW, did this come from an appeal you sent in or did u get the review email and just let time pass?

No appeal but I left the account for 30 days and I sold not more than 10 items in 30 days.
I will leave the account for more 30 days and will see the outcome.

Funds are released and they gonna transfer them next week and it also says that account is fully active. Still confused!!!!!!!!
What the heck is that email?

You did the right thing, Aleen. Don't appeal, just let the account sit or going slow for 30 days review and you will be OK

What was the original email they sent you for the first review?

Did it state that the account was under review. An account can be put in review several times although it's rare to happen twice in such a short time.


It sounds like either the first time was not a proper review or this is an amazon glitch which seems to be happening more and mor recently

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did receive an email from amazon last month that my account is under review and it was showing till yesterday on seller Central as well (it pops on the top that amazon is reviewing you account), anyway today when I logged in to ship one item it didn't pop on the screen and also it says on seller performance section that account is active and money is also available to disburse on next week.
If they gonna review again then they wouldn't release the funds.
What you say??????????

Yes your right. Normally if its under review their is a pop up at the top saying account under review.

If it's not their when you log in then I am quite sure its not under review anymore.

Check your email too, they may have sent you a message their too.

And it depends on feedback, this is the main thing.

Email all sellers after a few days and do your best to ensure they leave feedback.

More feedbacks you get the stronger the lifetime of your account.

I also think that review is completed and the email which I have received is quiet confusing. Anyway I have started selling on this account. And also got 2 positive feedback as I have sold only 12 items till I create this account.
I still got to add my bank details,
