any disadvantage in switching between plans?

I have couple of accounts created as Professional Seller account, but would like to not do any thing on them for 2-3 months... if I switch them to personal account and then when ready to use switch back to professional, would there be any problem? any disadvantage?

No big disadvantage - perhaps some effect on withdrawal of money status when you go back to professional...but am not clear on this

Not sure, but I think you lose featured status? I don't know if it takes another 3 months or something after restarting your pro account to get featured again. Maybe someone can confirm.

I've gone from personal to professional but never the other way around. I would be curious to know what the impact is on disbursements. Amazon help system seems to say you can go back and forth without any impact other than the $39 fee.

losing featured status is not a problem for me at the moment... I don't want to do any thing with these accounts for couple of months... products I am planing to sell on these accounts wont be here till February.. that's why I was wondering if I should just switch them to personal for couple of months..

is any one doing this often? switching between plans ....

Knowing the headaches with Amazon, I doubt it - maybe change to vacation status, sure

That should be pretty obvious. Just be glad they don't charge you a vacation fee on top of that.

I went from Pro to individual and noticed you get paid weekly

You always get paid weekly on a individual account - but it's a 2 week rolling reserve.
