Policy Violation for FBA orders

So guys which question to see if this has happened to anyone else.

I send a lot of stuff to amazon, 2 of my items have been getting mixed up with one another or with someone else's orders and amazon keeps sending customers the wrong items and i keep getting negatives for it ( not a big issues easily removed ) issue is that i got a policy violation for my ODR being above 1% for this FBA item. I keep emailing amazon about it but of course no reply is given or nothing seems to be done.

Anyone else have any similar experience with FBA?

I find it kind of weird that i received a policy violation for amazons mistakes. they probably sent 50 wrong orders based on the number of negatives i received.

If it can be verified that it was Amazon's fault, I would let them know. Obviously, there is nothing you could have done about this from your end.

I have never had that problem with FBA, but my experience with FBA has been VERY LIMITED. I have only tried it on one account and with a few products.

Are you sure you have the correct ASIN for your product. Did you label the goods or amazon?

If amazon label them, then they are given your unique reference to identify the stock is yours. This number is partly generated from the ASIN you have given amazon on the FBA paperwork. There is no way amazon can get your stock mixed with another seller. I would put money on it you have the wrong ASIN and so customers are ordering a slightly different product than yours but receiving yours as its listed wrong on amazon.
FBA normally respond within 24 hours. However this is only my opinion as I cannot actually see what you are listing.

no way its my fault. i double and triple check before i send my stuff to fba. if it was my fault they would have to remove the negatives but i get them removed easily.

Label your own items, jt's worth it since they charge twenty cents a pop. Just hire some student and pay him $8 an hour.

Gamefreak, is your listing on amazon showing exactly what you are actually selling. If so buy one yourself and see what arrives. I have been to a UK FBA distribution centre and it would be impossible for amazon to mix you product with another dealer. They only deal on unique reference numbers generated to your stock. They don't work with titles at all.

If another seller sent in the wrong or similar item to FBA under this listing, and sent it to the same warehouse, it would get commingled with your product.

If you can get the 'bad' product returned to your location, save the shipping box from AZ and report the bad product (box label and product label).

They will refund your money and report the bad seller.

Just an idea, but have you tried to contact a buyer for some more info?

I dont know what happens at FBA centers but I sent in 20 name brand headphones. I know its 20. I printed 20 labels and have an invoice for 20. FBA counted 23:mod:

If the product is labelled its not commingled stock.

We send stock to FBA for labelling also but the stock is not commingled.
Commingled is stickerless stock at amazon, like i-pads etc from trusted resellers.

That is the problem.....

I dont know what can be done at this point. You cant have Amazon double check your inventory because its commingled.

I cant see Amazon doing anything besides making a note on the account and hoping for the best.

Can you stop selling the item for a little bit? Maybe another seller sent in a similar item by mistake and FBA did not scan the boxes, just the FBA label? Maybe let the current inventory at Amazon sell out for a bit?
