agray34 | 12-29-2013 09:45 AM | Hotspot users...help me! I use a LTE hotspot to access my Amazon ghost account(s) and keep running into a problem...
For whatever reason, I will not be able to remotely access my VMware that uses the LTE hotspot. If I am in front of the computer, a simple reboot of the hotspot or VMware desktop resolves the issue. The problem is when I travel, I need to remotely access this VMware desktop and when I am unable to, I can not reset the hotspot...
I could plug this same system into a wired ethernet connection, but than I risk my VMware desktop not using the LTE connection to access Amazon.
Is there anyway to "assign" VMware to use the specific LTE adapter and not the ethernet adapter? If I could keep the ethernet adapter enabled, I would have a backdoor in to reset the LTE hotspot...
Any suggestions?
I use teamviewer for remote access and sometimes the computer will show in my list, but I can not connect...
