.01¢ left on my vanilla! Just ADD another card? (real AMZ acc)

I just listed my 1st item which I registered a couple months ago. Used a visa GC and I only have 1 cent left on it. Do I add another new card to it and leave the old one on there? Or add the new card and delete the old one that is already registered there?
Please note: This is my account in my real name. I do hold several reloadable prepaid debit cards like kaiku, amex..
Oh, and, one other question.. I am having a hard time figuring out how to include FREE shipping on my listing. Before I listed I did a search on my item and clicked the "sell one llike this" link. The only option in available were 2 check boxes. One for domestic shipping credit and the other for expedited shipping credit. I checked both. I listed my electronic at just below the lowest available 3rd party price. 3rd party seller offered FREE shipping on his. Well, now my item is not the lowest price because of the 14$ shipping charge after the item price. Why?
I am guessing I need to set this up somewhere in seller central??
