Buyer threatening to leave negative feedback
 
The buyer is threatening to leave me negative feedback.

Isn't this against Amazon policy?

Should I contact AZ customer service?

Threatening of itself is wrong but if there is genuine problems with product...then buyer is right

If I report him and he leaves negative feedback will Amazon remove it if they think the buyer is a scammer threatening for refund?

Let him leave the feedback. Then cc contact seller support and tell then about the "feedback extortion" and they will remove it. Has never failed once for me because they can see the message the buyer sent.

Thank guys. If he is a repeat offender then they should suspend his buyer account.

Yes I have seen that they do it but you would need to communicate with Seller department - it isn't done automatically
