Is there a substitute for a bank Checking account?
 

I have about 4 checking accounts open for the Amazon Ghost accounts that I
already have. I heard that you can open a checking account through prepaid cards that allow you to register for a checking for deposit. Due to the nature
of these cards you have to put your real info and SSN for the card. I have one
Closed Amazon account attached to it and a deposit of 900 or so is going to be
directed to this card. Not sure if the mismatched names will work. If they do
I wonder what the limit would be.

I'm using a registered Green dot card with my real info.
Is Bluebird an option? Looking to find other alternatives besides
opening new checking accounts and closing them.

Stay away from the re-loadable card. Why not just open a real bank account? In the US, you have many bank for you to use and many many credit union available locally.

Tony, some of us are limited because of Chex Systems. There is nothing wrong with prepaid cards as long as you get the right one. I have used Accountnow and Bluebird with mismatched names and large deposits for months with no trouble. If you decide to use Account now PM me for referral information and I think you get an extra $20 when you open your account.

I have also used Walmart Money card with one letter missing form name with success.

Trey mentioned the green dot card to me but I was not sure the limit
that it will take from a mismatched name.

I rather go your route.
