regions bank now card?

I opened a stealth amazon account but have yet to add the financial info I use my regions account for PayPal under a stealth account I also have a regions now card (prepaid debit card) has anyone had success adding a regions account or card for amazon.

I figure if amazon did the check for the account regions would let it go through since I already receive payments to an account from this name already. Any insight or feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

For prepaid I have used AccountNow and Bluebird wit large deposits under mismatched names.

There are numerous posts about problems with Payooneer holding funds. I guess it's hit or miss.
